Perfect, wasn’t sure if it was just me but all my albums are tagged meticulously, it looks like the functionality is there for ‘VA, various artists…etc’ just needs to recognise it’s the same album when you search via typing/genre/albums etc. instead it shows (for example) a list of about 30 ‘albums’ of the same one for each track.

I kinda gave up on my digione with volumio, since the user interface just wasn’t good enough.
I haven’t really used it in about a year. But today I updated, and while it is not perfect. It is miles better. I was still on 2.x.
Especially the little things improved, like way faster search results and responsiveness is what makes it far better. Things that don’t immediately show themselves, but get tiresome with day to day usage.
