When I try to add to Playlist one album from spotify does not work. The Playlist is created but it is empty. Am I doing something wrong.

I need to press play again in order to start the song.

There are times when the mpd does not start when I start Volumio 3. I activate and deactivate the EQ Plugin and everything returns to normal.
It is not a problem with the EQ plugin, I verified that the problem also occurs when starting Volumio 3 with the plugin disabled, enable plugin and everything returns to normal.

hello,
A parametric EQ is used to adjust the response of you system.
It requires a measure with a special mic for that (such as minidsp UMIK-1 or other brand). Then with a software like REW you can visualize where apply corrections.
So, there no value I can give you to suit your system. To test I could say PEAKING, 2000,-10,0.5
Other case, you use an headphone. There is a very nice database with EQ based on measure for plenty of models : GitHub - jaakkopasanen/AutoEq: Automatic headphone equalization from frequency responses You select your model and report value in the EQ.

I plan to use parametric EQ soon but I just discover how it works. If I well understand, “PEAKING, 2000,-10,0.5” means “Filter, Frequency, Gain, Q” ? Am I right ?

@balbuze 3.015 tested volumio crashed after reboot…
it didn’t start the touch display plugin
stays on login screen ssh works still but Gui wasn’t there…
removed plugin and boots again…
second attempt… first reboot then enabled but stays inactive

If you look at requirement, it is written volumio >= 3.054…
For your problem, remove the plugin folder

rm -Rf /data/plugin/audio_interface/volsimpleequal10

not playing gapless 15sec in between every song i played…
end time is wrong instead of hh/mm/ss it’s mmm/ss

yups beta release 3.051 some simple bugs… just started with it…
if this is based on the 3.014 or 15 it’s a know bug i had. even longer then 15 sec runned up to 32 sec in between numbers played. my rpi 4 worked better with the 3.010 but that didn’t had my volumio included.
