Is this 5'' 800x480 TFT Raspberry Pi DSI Touchscreen compatible with the official touchplugin?

beautiful device, believe that there is a computing power behind it, it probably won’t be a raspberry pi

not really a pi to slow for all the calculations.

Thanks for the hint.

Very nice. Did you bolt the display down to the backside of the front panel?

screwed it to the bottom plate.

Makes sense. That way positioning the display so it’s flush with the front panel is easier.

finally infrared now also ready the streamer is now completely finished, sounds awesome :sunglasses:

Congrats! :tada:

the streamer is now connected. my brother-in-law is very happy with it.

Looks awesome!

nad ,nad and mad…( michel’s audio device )

hahaha right, by now I have already made about six streamers and all run on volumio software, only those who have an allo piano 2.1 I sometimes hear problems about, but usually solved by a reboot.

thanks :grinning:

next project, now largely made of oak. here again the same wave share 4.3 inch DSI touchscreen comes in.

.

next time use duvels and wood glue… so you don’t see screws… nice projects michel

I did it on purpose, even nicer screws are coming in.
