Just got a rpi3 with IQ-dac+, installed volumio2 and it works beautifully, playing wav, flac up to 24/192.
But when playing a dsd file (with dsf extension), all I get is noise. Of course dsd over pcm is enabled. In the playback window, I see the correct filename, and also the left hand circle is showing the time progress, even the dsd logo. But no sound…
Any ideas what I’m not doing right here ?
OK, got it working - found the solution in a thread in the DAC subsection : you need to disable DSD over PCM to have a conversion from DSD to PCM.
Oh well …
