Volumio primo starts every time really noisy

Volumio Priomo Hifi

Volumio Version: “comes later”
Hardware: primo hifi
DAC: TEAC UD-501

This volumio primo I owned some weeks before.

Everytime the volumio is starting it makes some different noise like klicks for about one minute.
After system-start there’s no more noise, and all works fine.

What could be the reason for the noisy start, is there going something wrong?
