Touch Panel Bugs - 2.128 and 2.129

  1. Installation fails if keyboard is attached to USB port. Installation fails at 70% waiting for language selection.

  2. Touch screen crashes in multi room configuration. This sequence will cause a crash:
    Step 1) select remote player from touchscreen
    Step 2) select local player - crash will occur - circles will spin forever on screen

Tested with system version 2.128 and 2.129 - both have the same bugs
Touchscreen Plugin version is 15-10-2016 update
