spotify doesn't play

Spotify doesn’t play the songs. It say’s it will play the song but nothing happend. all other music plays

i’m running a pi4 v2.699
installed plugins: spotify plugin for volumio2 v 2.0.2 and volumio spotify connect2 v0.9.9
