Pro-ject Stream Box S2 Ultra 7” Touch Screen

I am in the process of setting up a new Pro-ject Stream Box S2 Ultra and had a couple of questions. I am thinking of ordering a 7 inch 1024 x 600 HDMI touchscreen to hook up directly to this device, primarily just to display what’s now playing, not to control the device.

If I do so, is there any way to make certain elements larger like album artwork and optimize the layout for a small screen? Is this a bad idea in general?

Also, is anyone aware of compatibility issues with Volumio and the Topping D90 MQA DAC? I really hope not…
