Power Buttons on Argon ONE V2

My RP4 sits in an Argon ONE V2 case, which has a power button at the back. The funtions of the power button are enabled with a script as described here
Has anyone thought about a Volumio plugin that uses these scripts to activate the power button functionality of the Argon ONE?

I use the Argon One script with Volumio. After a fresh install I run the following:

sudo apt update
sudo bash
curl https://download.argon40.com/argon1.sh | bash

Impotant: Do not run apt upgrade.

I had tried that once, but probably ran apt upgrade, so Volumio would not work anymore afterwards.

Does the script remain in place after a Volumio update?

Yes, it remained with current upgrades. I can’t guarantee that it will work with future versions. It would better if Argon40 converted it into a proper Volumio plugin. Of course they are under now obligation to do so.
