Not able to get internal storage or usb to scan to library

Hello, I am having an issue where I cannot get volumio to recognize either its internal storage or USB drives, I have tried rebooting it multiple time, to no avail. If anyone has a solution, I’m all ears.

did you scan files with sources >> update or rescan?
