Hi,
I install volumio on my Raspberry Pi 1 Model B and plugged in to Home Theater
At first worked perfectly but after a hour, Sometimes I hear noises
I pay more attention to RPi and found out when ACT LED (SD Card) is ON, The noise come to speakers
Please guide me how can fix that.

I guess you use the analogic output of the RPI. If so, the sound is not terrible… 
Try with a external DAC, it’s a other world !!!
