Hi, i would like to put my raspberry pi with volumio on a shelf where the internet cable can’t arrive. So i plugged a wifi dongle and connected my volumio to my wifi. Once i remove the ethernet cable I can’t use my volumio and the web app isn’t reachable. Even with the static ip of my wifi setted, it doesn’t work. So the question is it: Must the internet cable always plugged in my pi with volumio ? What should I do?

What version of Volumio are you using? I remember seeing something similar on the forums a couple of months ago.
On thing that helped me in a similar situation was to turn off the Volumio Hotspot. Go to Settings > Network Settings > frame Hotspot Settings.
