Just after the release of volumio 3, I posted here a couple of times about the limited success I was having in getting multiroom playback to work reliably and speculated that the difficulties had to do with my wireless set-up. I let it go for a while but with the release of 3.251 I thought I should try again. And to my surprise everything now works just as it is supposed to. This is with eactly the same hardware and wireless configuration as before, so something must have happened in the v3 development cycle to fix the initial problems. I wish I could say at which point exactly in the cycle things got better, but I’m afraid I wasn’t tracking that. Having reported the initial problems, though, I thought I should report that they had been resolved. Thanks.
