LCD 5" on GPIO

Hi,
i use Volumio on raspberry + DAC Justboom.
I will add an LCD touch 5" on it, ( i have and owrks correctoly on an other raspberry with raspbian)
if just i use the LCD plug in Voumio it works correctly? The resolution? :question: :question: :question:
