I-SABRE Es9028Q2M volume is very low and independent from volume control settings

The volume is very low, approximately half the other sources, and independent from volume control settings of Volumio.

Hi all,
I have the same problem: output is meager for Raspberry Pi 4 + ALLO KALI Reclocker + Audiophonics I-SABRE Es9028Q2M DAC.
I tried to configure all the parameters of DAC, mixer, etc., but it is only 60mV instead of 1,5-2V.
Tried to reinstall, and reconfigure it - did not help.
