Hotspot with internet access

Hi,

I have RPI 3, volumio 2.729, wired conection to my router and hotspot enabled. With my phone I can connect to volumio hotspot but conection say’s “No internet”.

Is this hotspot intended to use only to connect my phone with volumio to be able to play music only or is it possible to use hotspot also for internet access with connected phone? I don’t know how to set volumio hotspot to access internet

Hi armaster,

the Volumio hotspot is only intended to control Volumio.

Connect your smartphone to your router and it will have internet connection and Volumio access (assumed that there is routing between the LAN and WLAN).
