I’m Ian from a very wet and soggy South Wales in the UK.
Recently discovered Volumio and thought it excellent but I also wanted to control everything from the player (Pi box) not just remotly. With a lot of reasearch I’ve managed to get a browser working on a 3.2" touchscreen connected to the Pi. This is a vast improvement but the Volumio web interface isn’t best suited to such a small screen…time to write a custom interface me thinks 
just as well I was a UNIX admin many moons ago.
Refreshing my UNIX skills and learning Python is proving good fun.
