everything works well when hdmi is unplugged but when I connect hdmi cable System doesn’t boot.

When I try to boot volumio when raspberry is off with hdmi cable pluged doesn’t start. Black screen.
Now I solve in this way :
1)turn on raspberry without hdmi cable plugged
2)plug hdmi
3)reboot from volumio internet home page

This sounds to me like a problem with your tv getting the correct input, rather than a case of the RPi not booting.
