Today I received my Volumio Primo HiFi edition and joined the community, after having read a lot of topics about MQA amongst others. As the Primo can’t process these files I want to connect a Topping D90 MQA USB DAC to the Primo that can fully unfold MQA files.
I now still have to verify if this DAC is USB compatible with the Primo USB outputs. I read that it therefore should be mentioned on the ‘Compatible USB list’ which I checked. I noticed that the Topping D90 (no MQA) is on the list, not the D90 MQA. I searched all topics related to my question but haven’t found the answer.
Hope anybody can help before I buy the wrong type. Thanks!
