Cannot activate myvolumio on devices

Volumio Version: v.3.165
Hardware: allo boss2
DAC:allo boss2
Please could someone help how to activate myvolumio device. I follow the steps and registred using my device ip address, but myvolumio shows no devices. Now I am stuck with no access to premium aacount. Many thanks!

Did your payment went through? As there ae some issues with the payment provider. If you have paid today drop a mail at support at volumio.com

No it did not redirect me to payment site at all, I thought that because I have to activate devices within Myvolumio. I cannot activate device from my account, don’t know what to do.
