I have volumio on one Pi and wondered if I could clone the sd card so I can have it exactly the same on another pi?
yes, you can! I use win32 disk imager. Insert the sd in the card reader in your pc, select from disk image window the sd, give a name at the .img file (ex image.img), click in the browser button to choose the directory where the file will be created.
Now you must click button READ instead WRITE and a clone file (.img) of your sd will be created.
