My audio stutters on WiFI as well.
I use a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ with a ES9023 DAC Audio Decoder I2S.
All other devices works great on my WiFi
I am struggling for hours now with this problem but I can’t find a solution.
Does anyone know about this problem ? or Can someone help me to resolve this issue ?

Hi, since being on 2.713 (maybe earlier but I have not played Airplay in a while) I am getting stutters on Airplay when playing Amazon Music to Volumio from Ethernet wired Mac to Wifi Raspberry Pi 3B with IQAudio DAC Plus Pro. I have increased cache sizes but there was no improvement. I re-set up the DAC settings but also no change. I even download the AMZ Music content beforehand and it still stutters so it is a local problem.
Updated to 2.714 now, but no change.
The Wifi AP is about 4 meters away from the Pi. Maybe I will try with a cable later.
