Wich raspberry version do u recomend?

Hello. What version of rapsberry pi do you recommend? the main use will be to manage a music library on an external hard drive (usb 3.0) connected by usb.

and want to controle it via mobile phone.

I too would like to know.
Has Volumio got ‘fatter’ with the new version? Looking ahead, I would like to buy something now that’s good for the future.

Pi4 2GB

It’s powerful enough to run a peppy meter plugin. Pi3 is also good enough but no USB 3.

I would go with a Rpi4 with the appropriate power supply. Some external drives draw more power and 2amp may not be enough. 2GB memory is sufficient.
