Which DAC model for AUDIOPHONICS ES9023

Hi all,

I use a Raspberry PI4 with an audiophonics DAC ES9023. However the DAC settings are really unstable, esp. regarding volume control (I can and teh can’t change the volume).
I have tried many DAC model within the Audio output setting menu without any good results so far. I though I had solved the issue once but it did not work.
Have you experienced such an incompatibility? Are you aware of a DAC settings which might work?

You need to select hifiberry as dac and software volume control because es9023 doesn’t provide hardware volume mixer.
