I’m sure this isn’t a feature so I’m assuming Volumio would have to be tweaked to allow this. I’m looking to control Volumio from my computer keyboard instead of having to click on the interface. Play, Pause, Next and Previous Track and maybe even Shuffle come to mind. Anyone try this? I’m working with a Debian Jessie based Volumio setup on a Beaglebone Black.
Check triggerhappy, all mentioned shortcuts are there except shuffle

No idea about “triggerhappy”, but you should be able to use the REST API assigned to keyboard shortcuts?
Yeah I’ve tried REST API commands via a web browser to test. Just have to find something that can invoke them while using Chrome on a Mac via keystroke.
