Hi. I have searched the forum but can not find any thing on Wake up on Lan. Most of the app’s have the feature to shut down the raspberry pi. But how do you restart the device when you want to use it again? And maybe add a IO that one can configure to switch the amplifier on and off with the Raspberry PI.
As far as I know, I read a bit about it, you won’t get it going on a RaspberryPi since it doesn’t (model 2 does not) support WoL feature because it does not have a “real” network card.
For other devices, you can send your magic packet from almost any device with a correct app.
