With the touchscreen plugin on a Raspberry PI 3, is the on board wifi and bluetooth available for use?

What I would like to do is make a music player I can put on my kitchen counter thats connected to a bluetooth speaker. Tried using the google machine but could not find anything with Vulumio and the on board bluetooth.

The onboard wifi can be used by Volumio, but currently bluetooth is not supported. There are posts on the forum about Community attempts to use Volumio & bluetooth, but I’m not sure what the current situation is … have a search and see for yourself.
