Volumio2 install equalizer?

Hello
Unfortunately, I have no business to install the Equalizer on my Rpi2 with Hifiberry digi.
Can someone help me?
Or leave a finished image to come.

installing the equalizer on the RPi 2 , together with a Hifiberry, was not succesful.
Anyone with experience and willing to help?

As far as I am aware, there is no equaliser available for Volumio 2. I do believe that it is being worked on in a plugin from babuze (on Github)

any news on this? I am still running Volumio 1.5 on a RPi2 with HifiberryAmp because I need the Libasound Equal plugin. It works great in the old version of Volumio, but when installing it under Volumio 2, I cannot get any sound. Did anyone succeed to get the equalizer running under Volumio 2?

Thanks in advance for any hints.

You might be interested in Balbuze’s brutefir plugin (see here for more information), which includes a basic equaliser.
