Can I do Raspberry Pi 3 + Touch screen + Volumio? So how can you handle the music player in a compact way?
Because I have to use it in a place without internet connection.

Yep this would work fine, just use a usb stick or drive as storage. In fact, you could just use the internal storage of the SD card depending on the size of your audio library.
