When I shutdown Volumio from my browser it just spins and spins, no shutdown.
Doesn’t that just mean it’s lost connection to Volumio running in the RPi and it’s shut down?
After a few seconds you can power down safely.
The activity LED on RPi should be solid red, indicating card reading/actively has ceased.
Power off and then on again and the swirling of the app or browser will cease and connect again😉
makes sense. still not sure about “power down safely” you mean unplug the power to the Pi?
if I could access my music share Volumio would be useful
