Volumio does not save output configuration on I2S DAC

Hello everyone!
I just buyed an Adafruit I2S Audio Bonnet for my Razpberry Pi Zero W wich runs an Volumio on it.
Everything is ok if I listen muzic over HDMI. If i enable I2S DAC turning it on and selecting Adafruit UDA 1334A as DAC, Save and reboot, on the reboot does not preserve the setiing I have made. Is again HDMI output.
What should I do to make the Volumino to enable my I2S DAC:

I have the same problem with a pi zero w + MERUS™ audio amplifier HAT ZW - I can’t save the configuration.
