Volumio Version: 2.882
Hardware: Raspberry PI4B 8GB 1.5MHz 32 GB
DAC: LynxStudio Hilo USB
Hi,
I have a problem with play from PI4B via USB on my Hilo USB DAC. I can play from PC via USB on dac but can’t from PI.
The problem is with all sources, tidal, dlna, internet radio stations.
Settings and error below
i would ask him for the settings… he already knows how hilo has to be configered.
if he could walk you true the settings then you know how to set it up.
@balbuze can’t find any settings of the hilo any where…
not in the USB DAC compatibility List
and the dac is showing up in volumio …that would be strange if it is the cable…
well spotted @dvo, looking at that as well, definitely not normal.

On Lynx’s forum “We don’t directly support Linux with any of our products.”
There are more reports, just google the above string “We…” and “Lynx”.
Not much hope I’m afraid…
