Volumio Volume Options
Hi Volumio users
Regarding Volume Options and the Mixer Type. What setting do you use? Apparently Hardware is best and quality is lost with Software.

Can you tell any difference?
If your Dac supports hardware volume control, use it for best results.
Software volume is to use when your Dac doesn’t provide hardware mixer as you want to manage volume through Volumio, you may loose in quality, but on a small system, not sure you can hear the difference though…
