Virtuoso Subscription/How to cancel subscription and refund

Hi. I just got charged for a Virtuoso subscription that I don’t use because I have a Superstar lifetime subscription. I can hereby ask for correction and help. I only have a superstar subscription in my volumio, so I don’t even know where to cancel the Virtuoso subscription. Thanks for the help and advice

Hi, I’ve been a a Superstar subscriber since May of '21. I’ve seen that the tiers and prices of subscriptions has changed in the Fall of '21. I also read that my subscription would automatically be changed from Superstar to Premium and that I would incur a lesser subscription price for the same level of service and accessibility that I’ve enjoyed as a Superstar subscriber. However I’ve been charged the same amount since I signed up and still have Superstar as my subscription status. Will I be reimbursed for the difference in price at some point?
