Today I updated my Raspberry Pi Volumio player to 3.233 and USB audio no longer works.
My USB interface is Focusrite Saffire 6 USB - it’s been working great for well over a year with more than one update during that time.
Audio on the Saffire 6 USB has been pristine (although the audio will stop randomly every few hours and I have to unplug the USB cable to fix it).
After I updated the system today, all audio streams sound like "robot voice. "
I tried changing audio buffer to 12M and every other setting, with no change.
It seems the Focusrite Saffire USB driver is broken in the latest build.
