Hello, new and happy user here. I have the Audio Technica AT-LP120-USB turntable which I connected via the USB to Volumio and then to my RME ADI-2 DAC via optical COAX. As a superstar subscriber, setup was a breeze and it works. HOWEVER, there’s a considerable amount of noise and cracking going on and I was wondering if there are some settings in Volumio that i can play with to reduce it?
p.s. I know a USB turntable is not the best option, but this is my backup option as i am on a longish business trip, my main one at home is a Rega with a MC cartridge and AudioMods arm connected to a lamp pre-amp.
