I built my system on a pi4, with the latest volumio. The touch screen Im using is an external (non gpio) screen thats hdmi attached. Im running the touch screen plug in built into volumio. While it works, its not great. The menu on the left is too small, and I cant really select anything.
Is there a better screen I should be using? Does the official raspberry pi screen work better? Will it help with the scaling of the menu on the side?
On that note, no matter who uses volumio (iphone, touch screen, laptop etc), they have access to the setup menus. Its already been blown away by family members messing around. Is there a way to password protect or hide some menu options?
