Tidal menu item (and Tidal Connect) no longer visible/accessible

Hi,

I’m a recent user of Volumio with Virtuoso membership and have been using Tidal and Tidal Connect very happily since late April but have found in the last week the Tidal menu (and Tidal Connect) item has disappeared.
I cannot now remember exactly where the menu item appeared but presume it was in the main menu like Spotify. Now it is gone and my volumio Tidal Connect client is inaccessible from Tidal app.
Has anybody else had a similar experience?

I’ve obviously restarted but reluctant to reset everything as I’ve installed various plugins.

I use RPi4 with an Allo Digi Hat.

Adding to this I can see there is some mixup as the system doesn’t recogise I’m a Virtuoso member when I try to activate the Connect plugin;
