Booting issues with the rPi-4.
During some test for Volumio Buster, I kept running into issues that with every new SD Card I used, burned with Etcher, Raspberry Pi Imager or Win32DiskImager, the rPi stopped somewhere in the middle during the boot sequence. Displaying errors that the speed of the SD was too high.
In my case it didn’t cause issues when directly inserted into the rPi, but using an SD Card extender. So I could porperly built it into a case.
After some frustrating days, I found the a solution.
Solution:
add sdhci.debug_quirks2=4 at the end of /boot/cmdline.txt.
