I have 4 Volumio setups, some Pi 3, one Pi4, I have a range of HiFiBerry DACs, and one with a Topping E30.
I play mp3 files of various bitrates through a Synology NAS running Media Player, but no matter what the native bitrate is of the file, it always shows in the Volumio interface as 44.1khz/24 bit. The E30 reports 44.1 as well. I even put some high-bitrate files on a usb and tried to run those files and I still got the same bitrate.
So I don’t know if I am doing something wrong, or if a higher bitrate is playing but Volumio reports a lower number? A thread pops up every once in a while and then dies out.
