I have tried all possible ways to get this working but could not.
I have a premium account at Spotify.
I have tried the “integrated” version of the Spotify plugin (which will not be able to login/connect to Spotify).
I have tried uninstalling that and then manually (SSH) load another version of the plugin. It was able to connect to Spotify, but when I went to the Spotify window (left side bar) the main screen is blank?
Anyone able to somehow get this to work?

Do you log with a Facebook account, if yes use Spotify credentials.
What is the ‘other’ version you installed using ssh?
No Facebook at all.
pure Spotify premium account.
“Login” shows successful, but the Spotify tab is empty.
