[Solved] Hotplug USB DAC?

Hi all

I have Volumio working well (and easily!) on a Raspberry Pi B and using a Cambridge Audio DACMagic. Everything works, but if the DAC is powered off, the player loses the connection to it, and the only way to recover it seems to be to reboot. is there any way to make it hotplug?

probably because Orion kills Udev.

Volumio detects sound at boot.

Thanks. I’ll look forward to the possibility in the future. In the meantime, I’ve disabled the auto power-off on my DAC and all is working great.
