Hello, I’m getting into snapcast, and was wondering how the whole process works from equipment needed to set-up, another question is if the speakers that are being used have to be snapcast compatible, because I saw a diag.ram and was confused by it

snapcast (multiroom, synched play) is currentlly being implemented for Volumio, which should greatly simplify the whole process. You won’t need additional/special equipment to use it.
