Set Alarm to Start / Stop Music

Two questions:

  1. Is there a way to set an alarm to STOP music at a certain time every day? We are using Volumio to play music in elevators, and I can start it every day at a certain time, but no way to stop it (right now, using a Cron script to reboot the player to stop music)

  2. Same question as above, but can we start / stop a spotify playlist instead of a local playlist?

Thanks! I assume you mean the Spotify playlist would be the hard thing to do, rather than the auto stop?
