Running 2 pi’s with volumio at different times

Is it possible to run 2 pi’s not at the same time with just MyVolumio Virtuoso ? I want to have 2 in different rooms.
Sorry if this has been asked before I’m new here. I did have a search through but couldn’t see that it had been asked.
