Is there a way to get Volumio’s kernel source and eventual patches for BBB? I intend to recompile the kernel in order to load a GPIO driver for an IR receiver and to make LIRC work on my Volumio BBB box. I imagine that compiling the default kernel source for BBB (github.com/beagleboard/linux) is not the way to go.
Once I get that done, I will be able to finally add remote control support to my volumio box, a much needed addition!
Any help is appreciated.
