I’m helping to evangelize this change and hope to see some testing instructions. It sounds like they’re looking for folks to install the updated kernel and validate the change.

This will be a great add for active crossover projects.

Nice one indeed! Could you please report when it gets merged? We can try it on Volumio2!
Or, if you could prepare a built kernel I could prepare a test version with such feature enabled…
