Rasberry pi 4 cant see bluetooth on phone

Hi new to this
i have installed volumio on my pi 4 and then got the free trial of Virtuoso i have enabled bluetooth in volumio but i cant find it on my phone samsung s9 scanning for bluetooth
i want to send music from my phone to pi 4
