qobuz plays only 30 seconds

I was looking forward to be able to play high res qobuz content on my raspberry pi.
Unfortunately qobuz only plays 30sec pieces from a song and in low res only.
It looks like authentication with qobuz is not working correctly.

Volumio version is 2.699 on a raspberry 4.
My Virtuoso subscription is in the test phase.
My Qobuz Plan is Studio and the subscription is valid.

This is the streaming url I see in /dev
streaming-std.qobuz.com:80/file? … YR-ZUUzLPk",“trackType”:“qobuz”,“seek”:2644,“duration”:30,“samplerate”:“44.1 kHz”,“bitdepth”:“24 bit”,“channels”:2,“random”:null,“repeat”:null,“repeatSingle”:false,“consume”:true,“volume”:100,“mute”:false,“disableVolumeControl”:true,“stream”:false,“updatedb”:false,“volatile”:false}

Also the playlists I am seeing in Qobuz/My Playlists is not my Qobuz playlists they are my spotify playlists.
i am quite comfortable on a linux command line.
Any ideas where to look to get this sorted?

TIA

So I did a ‘volumio updater cleanupdate’.
This time I only activated qobuz.
Still only getting 30sec bits in low res.
Still seeing my spotify playlists under qobuz.

Now I am suspecting something is wrong with my.volumio account.
Should I cancel that account and set up a new one?
Anything else I can do?

TIA

Hi Raw,

Ok, so I could resolve this issue.
It turned out there was a second qobuz account of mine that I had forgotten about.
Both had the same username, one @googlemail and the other @gmail.com.
Qobuz login can be done with username or email.
For some reason Volumio connected to the old one, where I had no subscription, hence the limitation to 30 seconds.
A long time ago I had done a playlist synchronization from spotify to that old qobuz account, hence I saw my spotify plalistst.

Fazit: Don’t let old accounts linger around.
