I’m just using paint.net. Seems pretty capable doing the job. Please see some I did, almost the correct size (1280x400)

After put it to work with Volumio PRIMO with precious help from @pdo59, here it is in my living room.
Never tried before use volumio primo with monitor and with a wireless mouse. Works like a charm without the mobile app or browser

Hi! Are there any skins made for 800 x 480 standard rpi 7" touch display?
Mine are not.
There are some included in the project and yes 800x480 is supported.
